This is a wonderfully balanced album. There is the cosiness of the kitchen and the starkness of Blackthorn Winter.
The writing is wonderful and the composition is some of the best in the business. The instrumental performances are splendid.
One of the best albums in its genre, unique and handcrafted. An artisan album.
